Get a free department exposure reportYou give us a roster — names, ranks, work email. We scan each member across the major broker sites and produce a one-page exec summary plus a per-member detail file. NDA before we receive the roster, encryption in transit and at rest, deletion within 7 days of report delivery if you don't move forward. Typical turnaround: 5 business days.
Continuous coverage across 200+ broker sites for each authorized member. Re-checked every two weeks. Refile inside 24 hours when a broker re-lists. Family add-on covers spouses, parents, and adult kids living at the same address — same continuous coverage. NJ departments get Daniel's Law demand letters as the leverage point; other states use the standard opt-out flows.
NDA before any roster is shared. Member data encrypted at rest (AES-256 in Cloud SQL with KMS-managed keys) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Internal access is least-privilege and logged. Member data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation. We do not share with marketing partners, ad platforms, or anyone outside the explicit chain of opt-out submissions.
Per-member, billed monthly or annually. Standard rate is $10/member/month for 25+ members; volume tiers above 100 and above 500. Family add-on adds $5/member/month and covers up to 4 household members. No setup fee, no per-seat hidden costs, no annual lock-in on monthly plans.
