    Per-member status to your POC. Who is clean. Who has active listings. What we are working on. Cadence is set per engagement, not locked into a fixed schedule.

FAQ

Who picks which members are in the pilot?

You do. We recommend the full roster, but you can scope to a department, a unit, or a specific group of members.

Can we add family members during the pilot?

Yes. Family coverage is opt-in per member through the portal at any point during the 90 days.

What happens to the member data if we walk away at day 90?

Deleted within 30 days. Audit log of the deletion sent to your POC.

Can we extend the pilot or expand mid-pilot?

Yes, both. Just message us. Extensions add to the 90 days; expansions add new members at no cost during the active pilot window.

Is the NDA negotiable?

Standard mutual NDA, not negotiable for the pilot phase. Custom contract terms come at the rollout phase if you decide to convert.

What if our org is too small for a 'pilot'?

No minimum. The same 90-day shape works for a 5-person agency or a 50,000-member organization.
