Terms of Service

Last updated June 30, 2026

By using Frontline Privacy you agree to these terms.

The service

Frontline Privacy scans data-broker and people-search sites for your personal information and, with a Personal or Household Pro subscription, files removal requests on your behalf and monitors for re-listing. Free accounts can scan, see results, and receive alerts.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Personal ($5/month or $50/year) and Household Pro ($20/month or $200/year) are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID.
  • They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Annual plans are billed once for the full year and are non-refundable for the remainder of the period if you cancel mid-term — cancelling stops the next renewal, it doesn't refund time already paid for.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

No guarantee of complete removal

We work to remove and keep removing your information, but data brokers vary and some may re-list or decline. We do not guarantee that every listing can be removed or will stay removed.

Acceptable use

Only submit information you are authorized to submit (your own, or a household member with their consent). Don't misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unfindable, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
