Privacy Policy

Last updated June 30, 2026

Frontline Privacy helps first responders and others find and remove their personal information from data-broker sites. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We collect only what the service needs, and we never sell your data.

Information we collect

  • Account — your Sign in with Apple identifier and, if you share it, your email address.
  • Scan details — the information you enter to find and remove your exposure: name and address (street, city, state), and optionally email, phone, and household members you add for monitoring. We retain your address to file removals on your behalf.
  • Device token — an Apple Push Notification token, if you enable alerts.
  • Subscription status — whether you have an active Pro subscription (verified through Apple; we never see your card).

How we use it

  • To search data brokers, people-search sites, and AI sources for listings of you and your household, and to file removals on your behalf.
  • To alert you when new exposure is found or a removal completes.
  • To operate, secure, and support the service.

How it's shared

We share the minimum necessary with service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only to run the service — for example, the provider that performs the broker scans and files removals, Apple (sign-in, push notifications, and subscription billing), and our cloud host.

Tracking & advertising

We do not track you. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software; we do not use cookies or cross-app/site identifiers; and we do not link your data with third-party data for advertising. We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for advertising or with data brokers except to file the removals you request.

Retention & deletion

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service — while your account is active — and no longer. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently removes your account, scan history, and removal records and stops all monitoring. You may also request deletion by emailing us.

Your choices

You can view and export your case file and delete your account and all associated data from Settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws — email us to exercise them.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted and secrets are managed server-side; the app never handles broker credentials or payment details.

Children

Frontline Privacy is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We'll update this page and the "last updated" date when this policy changes.
