Protect the people who serve your city

Run a free 90-day pilot for your roster. Cover your first responders, and the council members, clerks, and staff who take public heat. Unlimited members. No contract. See the work before you commit.

How city plans work

  • Roster-based by default — you authorize a member list and we activate the full roster on day one. Coupon-code distribution is also available when you want voluntary opt-in.
  • Billing: $8/member/month to the city. Family coverage is opt-in per member at +$5/mo per household member at the same address — no cap.
  • Flexible on structure and cost. Tell us how your procurement and budget cycle work and we shape the agreement around it.

What we actually do

  • Continuous monitoring — every 14 days, a sweep plus re-sweep on broker re-listing alerts.
  • Removals start at sign-up. No waiting period.
  • Multi-channel removal: web forms first, then escalation — demand letters under applicable state laws (Daniel's Law in NJ, the Lieu Act for federal judges, plus state-level analogs), AG complaints, and legal escalation where state law authorizes a private right of action.
  • Progress reports to your point of contact, in a format suitable for council and command staff.

How sweeps work for members

Continuous coverage across search engines, data brokers, and AI for each authorized member. Re-swept every 14 days. Refile on the next sweep cycle when a broker re-lists. Family add-on covers spouses, parents, and adult kids living at the same address — same continuous coverage.

How we handle the data

NDA before any roster is shared. Member data encrypted at rest (AES-256 in Cloud SQL with KMS-managed keys) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Internal access is least-privilege and logged. Member data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation. We do not share with marketing partners, ad platforms, or anyone outside the explicit chain of opt-out submissions.

Onboarding

Roster in week 1, baseline scan complete by end of week 1, opt-outs filed across all members by end of week 2. Live coverage by day 14. If you have someone facing an active threat, write us at crisis@frontlineprivacy.com and we move that person to the front.

The pilot timeline

The 90-day pilot is free, full stop. We'd rather show your roster results first and let the city decide if Frontline is the right fit than sell you up front. No invoice, no charge, no auto-converting subscription.

  1. Day 0–3
    Pilot agreement signed.
  2. Day 4–7
Roster collection. You authorize the full list.
  3. Day 8–14
Initial scans + first removals filed across every member.
  4. Through day 90
Regular per-member removal reports to your point of contact.
  5. Day 90
Final report + 30-min decision call.

FAQ

Who can a city or town cover?

Anyone on a roster you authorize. Most cities start with police, fire, and EMS. Some add the people who take public heat too — council members, the clerk, code enforcement, social workers. You decide who is on the list.

What's the difference between the pilot and the exposure report?

The exposure report tells you what brokers already expose about your roster. The pilot actually does the removals for 90 days so you can see the work. Either one is free.

How does billing work for a municipality?

Per member, billed to the city. The 90-day pilot is free. After that, standard per-member pricing applies, billed monthly or annually. We are flexible on structure — tell us how your procurement works and we shape the agreement around it.

What happens to member data if we walk after the pilot?

Deleted within 30 days. We send an audit log of the deletion to your point of contact.

How is roster data protected once we share it?

NDA upfront. AES-256 at rest with KMS-managed keys, TLS 1.3 in transit, least-privilege internal access with audit logs. Deletion within 7 days of report delivery if you don't move forward, 30 days after cancellation if you do.

What happens when someone leaves city employment?

You give us the offboard list in your reporting cycle. Coverage continues through the next billing period; we stop filing after that. Member data deleted within 30 days of removal.
