See exposure across your roster — free and confidential.
Get a department exposure reportRun a free 90-day pilot for your roster. Data broker sites publish your members' home addresses, phone numbers, and family details. We find those listings and file the removals. Start with police, fire, and EMS, and add the council members, clerks, and staff who take public heat. Unlimited members, no contract.
For each authorized member, we check data broker sites, people-search sites, and search results. When a member reappears, we file again. The family add-on covers spouses, parents, and adult children living at the same address, with the same ongoing coverage.
We sign an NDA before you share any roster. Member data is encrypted, both stored and in transit (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). Internal access is limited to the people who need it and is logged. We delete member data after cancellation and can provide an audit log. We do not share member data with marketing partners, ad platforms, or anyone outside the opt-out requests we file.
After you authorize the roster, we run a baseline scan and start filing opt-outs across every member. If someone is facing an active threat, write to crisis@frontlineprivacy.com and we move that person to the front of the line.
The 90-day pilot is free. We'd rather show your roster results and let the city decide if Frontline Privacy is a fit than sell you up front. No invoice, no charge, and no auto-converting subscription.
Anyone on a roster you authorize. Most cities start with police, fire, and EMS. Some also add people who take public heat: council members, the clerk, code enforcement, and social workers. You decide who is on the list.
The exposure report shows what data broker sites already publish about your roster. The pilot files the removals for 90 days so you can see the work. Both are free.
Per member, billed to the city. The 90-day pilot is free. After that, standard per-member pricing applies, billed monthly or annually. We're flexible on structure. Tell us how your procurement works and we'll shape the agreement around it.
We delete it after the pilot ends and send an audit log of the deletion to your point of contact.
We sign an NDA before you share anything. Roster data is encrypted, both stored and in transit (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). Internal access is limited and logged. If you don't move forward, we delete the data and send an audit log; if you do, we delete it after cancellation.
You send us the offboarding list in your reporting cycle. Coverage continues through the current billing period, and we stop filing after that. We delete that member's data once coverage ends.
