How association plans work

  • Activation: coupon-code distribution by default — the association gets a member-specific discount code and surfaces it through normal member channels. Roster-based activation is also available if the association wants to carry billing centrally.
  • Billing: members pay $8/mo individually. Family coverage opts in at +$5/mo per household member. No revenue share by default; per-signup or per-member-month structure available on request.
  • Flexibility: onboarding is hands-on for the first wave. We are flexible on both structure and cost — tell us how the association wants to position the benefit and we will shape the deal around it.

What we actually do for members

  • Continuous automated monitoring — every 14 days, sweep plus re-sweep on broker re-listing alerts.
  • Removals start at sign-up. No waiting period, no gatekeeping behind a billing event.
  • Multi-channel removal pursuit — web forms first, then escalation: demand letters under applicable state laws (Daniel's Law in NJ, the Lieu Act for federal judges, the Brame Act in WA, plus 14+ state-level analogs), AG complaints, CPPA filings, and legal escalation where state law authorizes a private right of action.
  • Repeat offenders escalated to state AGs, the CPPA, and legislative bodies as appropriate.
  • Regular progress reports to the association POC, frequency negotiated per engagement.
  • Founder-direct response within 4 hours for active doxxing, hacks, or other time-sensitive incidents.

How members use it

Each member signs up under their own account, pays their own rate, and runs the service like an individual subscriber. The association is the introduction channel; we are the operator. Member support runs through support@frontlineprivacy.com — we don't loop the association in on individual tickets unless you ask us to.

The pilot timeline

The 90-day pilot is free, full stop. We'd rather show your members results first and let the association decide if Frontline is the right fit than sell you up front. No invoice, no charge, no auto-converting subscription.

    Pilot agreement signed with the association.
  2. Day 4–7
    Member outreach scoped. Members start enrolling directly.
  3. Day 8–14
    Initial scans + first removals filed for enrolled members.
  4. Through day 90
    Regular aggregate progress reports to the association POC. Frequency negotiated per engagement.
  5. Day 90
    Final summary report + 30-min decision call.

After you submit the report request

  1. You hear from us within one business day. Reply comes from a real human at orgs@frontlineprivacy.com, not a no-reply automation.
  2. NDA goes out before any operational planning starts. Standard mutual NDA, no negotiation needed.
  3. Pilot scope and member-channel setup confirmed within 5 business days. You get a one-page rollout summary plus the coupon code or signup URL to share with members.

FAQ

What's the difference between the pilot and the exposure report?

Exposure report tells you what brokers know. Pilot actually does the removals for 90 days so members see the service work. Either is free.

Does the association carry roster ops during the pilot?

No. Members enroll directly. The association sees a summary report at day 90.

What happens to member data after the pilot if we walk?

Deleted within 30 days. Audit log of the deletion sent to your association POC.

Can we extend or expand mid-pilot?

Yes, both. Just message us.

Is there a revenue share or kickback?

Available if you want it. Default structure is no revenue share (cleaner for some associations), but a per-signup or per-member-month structure is available.

Can we restrict the offer to current members only?

Yes. We deactivate non-members on the next billing cycle when you send us a non-renewal notice.

What support do members get directly from you?

Standard support via support@frontlineprivacy.com. Tier-1 issues resolved within one business day. We don't loop the association in on individual member tickets unless you ask us to.
