Crisis line: priority response
If your address or family is being targeted right now, your case gets priority response instead of the standard queue. Included on every plan.
What you don't pay extra for
- Regular re-checks. Standard, not an upsell.
- Refiling when a broker re-lists you. No extra cost.
- Daniel's Law demand letters for NJ-based members. Daniel's Law is a New Jersey statute that lets covered officers, judges, and prosecutors require brokers to remove their home address and sue the ones that refuse. Included.
- Coordination with the Daniel Anderl Judicial Security and Privacy Act process for federal judges, the federal law that has the Administrative Office of the US Courts handle removal requests. Included.
- Email support, plus a priority crisis line for documented active doxxing or swatting. Included.
- Cancel anytime on monthly plans. No fees to leave.
FAQ
Questions we get
Why $5/mo for Personal, $20/mo for Household Pro?
Personal covers one person for $5 a month, or $50 a year with two months free. Household Pro covers your whole household of up to five, plus the parent records that can expose you, a dedicated privacy specialist, and priority phone support, for $20 a month or $200 a year with two months free. We grow through union locals and FOP lodges instead of paid ads, so we carry less overhead.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, with no fees on monthly plans. Annual plans are prepaid for the year, so email us if your situation changes. Orgs sign a 12-month contract after the 90-day pilot.
What if my state doesn't have Daniel's Law?
You still get the same coverage. Daniel's Law gives us a stronger legal lever in New Jersey. In other states we use each broker's own opt-out process, plus any state statute that applies where you live. A number of states now have their own broker-removal or address-confidentiality laws, and we use them where they fit your situation.
How does org billing work?
Departments, unions, and cities get one invoice to the org. We can onboard from a roster you provide, or set members up to enroll themselves with a code so you're billed for the seats actually used. We'll work out the distribution that fits how your org runs. Associations work differently: members pay for Personal or Household Pro individually, and the association is the introduction channel, not the biller.
What's included in Household Pro's household coverage?
Everyone living at your address, up to five people total: a spouse, adult kids, or parents who live with you. Each gets the same coverage as Personal, including continuous checks and refiling when a broker re-lists them. Household Pro also covers the parent records that can expose you, and adds a dedicated privacy specialist and priority phone support for a crisis. Organizations still use the +$5 per month per-household-member add-on for their rosters.
