Hunt
For each broker, we cross-reference your name against your address, phone, and email to find the records that are actually yours. A single broker often holds more than one: your current address plus older ones. We match them all so the removal step doesn't miss any.
Remove
We file opt-out requests with each broker. Some process within hours, others take 7-10 business days. We click through the verification emails from a managed inbox, so you don't have to confirm each request yourself. For New Jersey members, we also file Daniel's Law demand letters. Daniel's Law lets covered officers, judges, and prosecutors require data brokers to take down their home address, and sue brokers that don't comply within ten business days. Standard opt-outs apply everywhere else.
Defend
Brokers re-list you over time as their feeds re-sync from public records. We keep checking, and when your listing comes back, we file the removal again. A one-time opt-out doesn't hold, so the monitoring runs continuously. Tracking every broker for re-listings by hand is the part that's hard to keep up alone.
