How the Pro family plan actually works

One account, whole household

There's no separate sign-up for your spouse, your kids, or your parents living with you. Pro is one subscription, run from one account, in the Frontline Privacy iOS app. You add your household. You don't send anyone an invite link, and nobody downloads their own copy of the app to get covered.

That's on purpose. We don't run web accounts, ever — no browser dashboard, no password to manage, no separate login for your spouse to forget. Everything happens in the app tied to your Sign in with Apple. If you're Pro, you're the one managing coverage for everyone on the plan.

Who counts as household

Up to five people: you, plus spouse, adult kids, or parents living at your address. Same coverage as Solo, run for each of them — continuous sweep, 14-day re-check, refile the moment a broker re-lists.

You add each person's name and details from inside the app. There's no separate onboarding step for them, no confirmation email they have to click, no account they have to set up. You're the one entering it because you're the one who knows their information is riding on your address anyway — that's the whole reason the family threat is real in the first place.

Why this beats them running it themselves

A teenager isn't going to remember to check if their listing on Whitepages came back. Your dad, who moved in after retirement, isn't going to think to run a scan on himself. Pro exists because someone has to own it for the household, and it's easier for that to be one person managing one dashboard than five people each managing their own.

If a family member wants their own separate coverage — outside your household, on their own subscription — that's Solo, run from their own account. Pro is specifically for the household living under your roof.

What changes if someone moves out

Coverage is tied to the household you manage, not a lifetime guarantee for anyone you've ever added. If a kid moves out or a parent moves back to their own place, drop them from your Pro household in the app and their ongoing coverage ends with that change — the removals we already filed for them stay filed, but we stop the recurring re-check once they're off your plan.
