Court aggregators republish what the government already publishes — but stitched together and indexed by your name. Dockets, civil filings, voter rolls, marriage records.

VoterRecords and PublicRecords.com are typical examples. Even when you've used a state confidentiality program to scrub your address from one source, these sites pull from older snapshots and stale county feeds. Plain English: the data was protected at the source, but a copy already escaped.
