What the member portal is

A branded portal where your members access their FrontlinePrivacy account — sign in, view their broker exposure status, manage their family coverage, see re-listing reports. The portal lives at a subdomain you control (e.g., privacy.your-local.org) and carries your branding.

The underlying service is the same one we run for individual subscribers; the portal is the front door your members use to reach it.

When it makes sense

• Bulk-coverage partners running coverage for a full roster
• Larger associations or unions whose members expect to access benefits through a single sign-in
• Partners who want to keep the privacy benefit visibly part of their member experience rather than feeling like a third-party service

How it works operationally

• White-label DNS setup (subdomain pointing to our portal)
• SSO integration if your organization runs a compatible identity provider; magic-link otherwise
• Your branding throughout
• Same continuous coverage and same crisis-line as the standard service
